The Villa
Villa Kira is a luxury vacation villa located in beautiful Parga, Greece. This luxury villa is situated in one of the most picturesque spots in Parga, offering views of the sea and Ali Pacha Castle.
The villa was built in 2015–2016 and is named after the wife of Ali Pasha, who was one of the rulers of Parga in earlier times. Villa Kira features luxurious amenities and offers every comfort one could wish for. Among other things, the villa boasts a swimming pool and spacious terraces, providing all the luxury and comfort needed to enjoy the perfect vacation in a true Greek atmosphere.
Villa Kira features a spacious living room and kitchen overlooking the beautiful garden and pool, with the stunning bay and sea serving as a backdrop. The ground floor also includes two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the ground floor, Villa Kira features a double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds (2×double), a second bathroom, a storage & laundry room. In total, Villa Kira sleeps 10 persons.

Parga and her surroundings
Its stunning natural beauty, spectacular coastline, beautiful beaches, and the emerald green hues of the olive groves make it the jewel of the mountainous region of Epirus. Although the impact of tourism is clearly evident in this picturesque town, Parga still exudes a special charm. It has a friendly and atmospheric vibe. Parga is nestled against a small hillside, and the view from above down to the hills is magical. The terraces are cozy, and there are many small, charming shops and narrow alleys. Characteristic Venetian houses are found everywhere. The beaches of Parga are very beautiful and clean.
Parga is located on the northwest coast of Greece. It is not far from the Albanian border and lies across from the beautiful island of Corfu and the islets of Paxi. Parga is situated on the crystal-clear Ionian Sea and is visited daily by day-trippers from various islands (even from Lefkada). The surrounding countryside is lush and green, thanks to natural springs, and its historic sites are well-preserved.

When staying in Parga, you can take enjoyable day trips to places like the beautiful Zagoria region in the mountains of Epirus. In the immediate vicinity of Parga, you’ll find several authentic villages where you can soak up the true Greek atmosphere. The locals are very hospitable and always up for a chat. This region is also a true paradise for hiking, trekking through the deep, steep mountain gorges, and for activities such as log rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, horseback riding, archery, and paragliding. For swimmers, there are numerous rivers and streams where you can experience the fascinating sensation of swimming in crystal-clear, cool mountain water under the warm Greek sun, with the natural swimming spots at the base of “the Papingo Towers” as an unmissable highlight.
